Account and Data Deletion

Delete your account in the app

Open the SMSCatch account page, choose Delete Account, and review and confirm the deletion prompt. If the app cannot complete the request or you no longer have access, contact us using the email option below.

Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] with the subject “SMSCatch account deletion”. Include:

• The account ID shown on the app's account page.
• Your sign-in method and an order number, if available, to help verify ownership.
• Whether you want to delete the account or request deletion of specific data.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment card details, or identity documents unless a specific, necessary verification step has been explained to you. We verify ownership before acting on email requests.

What deletion means

In-app deletion deactivates your account, clears the display name, avatar and guest credential, and removes linked sign-in identities and active sessions. It does not automatically erase wallet, order, message, payment, or coin ledger records, which remain associated with the account identifier. Contact us to request deletion of retained records or support conversations. We will review the request, explain any records that must be retained and why, and process eligible data for deletion.

Review active orders and remaining coins before confirming. Deletion may be irreversible, and deleting an account does not automatically refund store purchases. Revoking Apple or Google authorization, signing out, or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete your SMSCatch account.
