These terms describe the use of SMSCatch, operated by Hunan Wendao Information Technology Co., Ltd. For questions, contact [email protected].

Service scope

SMSCatch provides temporary SMS number orders, message viewing, and coin management. Available services, countries, stock, and prices are shown in the app. Temporary numbers are not guaranteed to be exclusive or available long term. Do not rely on them for emergency communication, long-term account recovery, or as the sole verification method for important financial or other accounts.

Accounts and acceptable use

Use the service only where you are authorized to access the relevant account and the destination service permits it. Unauthorized account access, fraud, harassment, and unlawful activity are prohibited. We may restrict service to address misuse. Keep your credentials secure. Link a sign-in method to your guest account before changing devices or removing app data, as lost guest credentials may prevent recovery. The service is not intended for minors.

Coins and payments

iOS coin purchases use Apple in-app purchases. The six coin packs contain 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, or 50 coins. The final price, currency, and taxes are shown on the store's purchase confirmation screen. Coins are for SMSCatch services, cannot be transferred between users, and are not cash. Linking an identity that already belongs to another account does not automatically merge wallets.

Orders, cancellation, and refunds

Message delivery depends on providers, destination services, and network conditions and is not guaranteed. Cancellation eligibility is shown in the app. Eligible cancelled or failed orders return coins according to the order outcome. Store-payment refunds are handled through the applicable store's refund process; confirmed refunds result in corresponding coin adjustments. Contact support if a purchase does not appear in your balance.

Availability and support

The service may change or be interrupted because of maintenance, third-party changes, or security issues. For account, balance, or order disputes, provide an account ID or order number. Do not send passwords or verification codes. These terms do not exclude rights provided by applicable law.

Privacy and leaving the service

See our Privacy Policy for information about data processing. You can stop using the service and request account deletion. Review active orders and your balance before deleting your account; deletion does not itself request a store-payment refund.
